Every company is made up of people. But extraordinary people make good things happen. The environment at Beachcomber has made it possible for its people to give back to the community, and to share some of the great success that we have had. We thank our customers over these past 30-plus years, who have believed in our story of quality and a passion to do what’s right for them. We are proud of our Beachcomber Hot Tub owners out there, and we are glad to give back to many deserving organizations. Since 1978, Beachcomber has been involved in many different styles of charity work, from the homeless, through to high profile events. But no matter what the effort is, we believe we have a responsibility to give back. These are a few highlights from some of our charity work. We thought you would be interested to see just a few of the people and events we have supported financially, generating over $300,000.00 in the last few years alone.

diagnosed with lung cancer in 2005. Beachcomber employees cametogether for an unprecedented “Head Shave” event, seeing 44 Beachcomber people step up to shave for the cause. Later in 2005, we were all saddened and touched

2004 - 2005 Supporting our Canadian Athletes to compete in International Sport
Many people may not realize it, but many athletes do not have the funds to compete in world
level sporting competitions. Realizing a dream to represent your country we believe is a noble goal, and we have supported many athletes over the years to help them achieve their goals to make their country proud. Founder Keith Scott, a noted sportsman himself, has a big heart for competition, and said… “When I personally met my first sponsored athlete, Dustin Walsh, a blind Special Olympics Athlete on a track with his mother and his support team, I knew we were helping the right people to be our heroes for Canada…”
2003 The UBC "Body in Water" Scholarship Fund
Founder Keith Scott invited the world class University of British Columbia (UBC) Design
School to design the hot tub of the future. Some of the designs were equally shocking as they were inspiring! The event included 30 of the top chosen designs, showcased at the Gala Event in Vancouver, B.C. to Beachcomber and the Media.
